Wrightia Antidysenterica commonly known as Snowflake, Winter Cherry Tree or Milky way, is a small and compact bushy shrub that grows up to height of 1.2 – 2m and spreads wide around 1.5m. This plant originated in Sri Lanka. They have a beautiful blossom of white flowers that show resemblance of little stars when seen from a distance. It contains five petals with a yellow center appearing at the end of branches. And they bloom all year-round non-stop. Wrightia Antidysenterica also possesses several short branches that turn their color as they age, from green to chocolate brown. These plants also feature ovate dark green leaves. They are easy to care for and don't require additional pruning. Looks attractive with their star-like or snowflake shaped blossom. It could be considered a perfect plant for patios and space gardens.
