Description

Enjoy the tropical view at your home by growing an amazing Sago Palm.

Sago Palm leaves are pinnately compound, dark green color on a thick shaggy trunk. The trunk is very low to subterranean in young plants, but lengthens above ground with age. It grow out into a feather like rosette. The basal leaflets become more like spines.

Care And Nurture

Water once the soil begins to dry slightly at the top
Over-watering or watering at the crown of the plant can cause the plant to rot.

This plant does not really like to be disturbed, so re-pot only when necessary.

Pruning can be done anytime to remove dead fronds.
